To personalise your item, simply choose up to 2-3 upper case initials or a full letter name. We can also offer you an & or a ❤ symbol. You can choose between Gold/Silver/Rose-Gold foil or even deboss. If you would like your product plain please leave the initial box blank.
Product Aftercare & Hardware
Please note- the position and finish of all our embossing may vary slightly from product to product. This is only because all of our items are personally handmade and designed for you.
Take extra care to keep the monogram part of your product away from cosmetics/water/direct sunlight and chemicals as exposure to these substances and rubbing will cause the monogram to fade over time.
Fox Fur Poms- When your Fur Pom arrives please give it a good shake as it has been packaged up and will need to be re fluffed. Avoid leaving your fur in direct sunlight as this can cause it to fade overtime. If your pom gets wet not to worry, shake it out and keep it in a well ventilated room.
The colour of the hardware on our products is light gold for the bags & Rose gold for black and white poms/ silver hardware for Grey poms.Unfortunately we cannot change this for you only the monogram colour. Please bare this in mind before ordering.

We offer gift wrapping for both bags and poms, we offer our white/black and silver KTC gift box especially wrapped with tissue paper,scattered diamonds and a pretty bow. You can add this to your order at the checkout.
How long will my purchase take to arrive?
Please allow up to 5 Business days for UK orders to arrive. All our UK orders are sent via 1st Class recorded mail so you can check the status of your order once in progress.
Please allow up to 14 days for International orders. Customs delays can sometimes occur.
Can you fast track orders?
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction so if you’re in a hurry and need your order fast tracked, please email email@example.com or add a note on the checkout page. We will do our upmost to help you!
Can I return items?
Due to items being personalised we do not accept returns, however, if your item arrives faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photos of the fault and we will gladly issue you with an exchange or credit note.
